I am a management and communications professional with over 20 years’ experience working with arts and cultural organisations. I advise organisations on leadership, strategy, business development, change management, financial planning, producing, community engagement, digital transformation and evaluation, as well as all aspects of marketing and communications.

Recent work has included long-term projects developing strategic marketing and communications plans and teams for the Donmar Warehouse, Royal Court Theatre and The Place. Other freelance clients have included Coventry UK City of Culture 2021, DanceEast, National Lottery Heritage Fund, The Map Consortium, James Wilton Dance and the Institute of Conservation.

I am an Associate of Counterculture Partnership. I was Chair of the Arts Marketing Association from 2016 – 2023 and worked as Deputy Chief Executive of Rambert from 2017 – 2020.
